Patios & Flatwork done right across Mid-Michigan
Outdoor living that drains correctly
A patio that holds water is a patio that fails early. We set the right slope to move water away from your foundation, place a stable base, and joint the slab so it ages gracefully. The result is usable outdoor space that stays flat and safe.
Sidewalks and steps done to code
Public-facing walkways and steps have to meet rise/run and slope requirements. We form and finish sidewalks, ADA-conscious approaches, and steps that are level, slip-resistant, and tied cleanly into existing concrete.

What is the best finish for a concrete patio?
A light broom finish is the most popular — it adds slip resistance and hides minor surface variation. Smooth-troweled and exposed-aggregate finishes are also available depending on the look you want.
Can you pour a patio next to my existing slab?
Yes. We isolate the new pour from existing concrete with an expansion joint so the two can move independently without cracking each other.
